Taylorcase.com featured on Springfield Fire Journal

Today marks what would have been Anita Taylor's 63rd birthday, and on this day we were offered a couple possible leads by a Washington D.C. news reporter.

Reporter Vinny Del Giudice maintains a blog called the Springfield Fire Journal, where he posted an article featuring Taylorcase.com. Mr. Giudice worked the Springfield, Ohio fire beat during his Wittenberg University days in the 1970s.

Giudice graciously offered possible Taylor murder leads today: he discovered there'd been at least two similar murders in the Ohio/Kentucky area during the week of Halloween, 1966. One of these murders has apparently been solved. Are the nature of the crimes a coincidence? Perhaps, but his efforts open up another door we're compelled to walk through. If nothing else, the fact that at least one 42-year-old murder case can be solved brings us hope for finding Anita's killer.

The two cases:
Linda Kohlmeier, killed October 30, 1966
Margret Warner, found dead September 8, 1966
